As I grew up fishing the French Broad, Holston, and Tennessee Rivers with my dad, the topic of conversation in our boat was often about "doing things right." As simplistic as that sounds, the pure truth of it still rings loud and clear today...treating people right will lead to success. Having been on the receiving end of frustrating business practices, his lessons of hard work and "doing things right" have become my motto, and it's now the backbone of Three Rivers Logistics.
After a lifetime working for various companies and owners, it quickly became my dream to own my own business...not so much to become a Fortune 500 company, but to have complete control of how my customers were treated every day. I thought about how I wanted to be treated, and I quickly built a business model that reflects that.
At Three Rivers Logistics, communication is the most important part of customer relationships. No matter what, you'll never have to speak to an AI machine, and a real, live person will help you with any need you might have.
